Support Delay..?

Seems like there's been quite a delay with getting tickets answered recently. I am just wondering how behind RI are at the moment..?
I submitted my original ticket on 05 November 2008 12:19 ; so it's been 8 days. Sorry if it seems as though I am impatient but I was used to hearing that RI were quite quick at getting things sorted and my experience so far is quite the opposite

Things have slipped in the last month or so, Hope Ash gets to see this thread and can post to let everyone know that all is well with him and hopefully he'll be back to normal very soon.

I spoke to ash this morning

He has been unwell the past while and has been doing the best he can to get caught up on the backlog that has built up.

He has someone else starting tomorrow to help with support tickets.

Be prepared for the R.I comeback even though I don't think it has ever left.

Even though he can't help getting ill I think it would have been more professional of him to let ppl know (just one lil post) that we should expect some delays... & it would have saved a few "disagreements" on eXceem.
Hopefully things will get back to normal with RI now.
