  | Custom ordersHi, I've been away from the freebie scene for over a year,just wondering do real icentives do custom orders on all theyre sites and how long do they take to answer support tickets? Thanks in advance |

| yes they do! support ticket answering is a tricky one, things have been a bit slower recently, i'm guessing that Ash is snowed under with the run up to Christmas, but have faith!!
