| I'm just getting a bit concerned, its been 4 days since my item was marked as shipped and also I won a PS3 from Ash on the 2nd of November and have to date heard nothing and received nothing Also been waiting 7 days for a reply to a support ticket, I know the guy's busy and all that but.... |

| Yes the address is correct and I've been in the house the last 2 days and have not missed a delivery No immediate rush its a PS3 for my son's christmas, but how long should it usually take ? |

| Yes my PS3 arrived last week, just waiting on my competition prize from Ash's October competition [another PS3, I'll need to think about which of my siblings has annoyed me the least this year !] |
