Still creating 0 byte files even though its probs been like that for over 2 weeks.

And your response time is crap as well by the way.

err no, I would have to disagree with that
RI are one of the best networks out there, (else they wouldn't be supported), and there is already an ACTIVE member of RI who both views and replies to threads.
They support ticket response times are very good (in my experience), and it seems to me that you have a very negative attitude. Try posting in your support ticket that uploading attachments doesn't work.
If you are uploading a screenshot/image, host it with photobucket/imageshack and post a link so that RI can easily access it...

almost 2 weeks to repsond to the ticket isnt very good in my book, if thats acceptable in yours then good on you and i hope youve got a positive attitude about RI, and life and the world in general .

Obviously when the ticket uploading didnt work I provided them with a link but the fact its taken them so long to reply its been removed now due to space requirements. I also told them on the ticket, the php errors all over the page I originally got are now gone but the problem still persists. Its my guess they have removed that line from the the code rather than fixing the problem...

Theyve got links but why should I even need to provide them one when they have an upload facility on their support pages? Works on other sites...

When you send a ticket to ash (assuming he can actually read it, which is doubtful) he has to then contact the site that you did the offer with then wait for a reply. he cant reply to you telling you something that he doesnt know. So before you go badmouthing everyone in sight, take that into account

moaning on exceem about it isnt going to help anyone but feel free

before you start getting on your high horse and going on like you know the ins and outs of a fart he hasnt even done anything about it....

if he had responded in a timely manor he would have had all the details but since he didnt the link i provided him with has been removed. now thats not his fault but if he repsonded in less than 10 days then it wouldnt be a problem would it.

why wouldnt he be able to read it? is he illiterate or was that a backhanded dig at me? actually of course it wouldnt have been a dig at me would it, you wouldnt do that to anyone...

I disagree Arctic.

The way in which johns_ar has posted his concerns isn't going to win him any fans but the he is right on the underlying issue. As much as we all love Ash, Ri's service has dropped off badly over recent weeks in lots of ways and he needs to get back on track if he wants to keep up with the competition. He admitted the same himself but I can't see that much has changed since.

Ash needs to know if people are not happy, as do others who are thinking of joining the network or comparing it to others.

I for one have stopped referring to Ri until things improve.

The only reason I have brought it on here is because I've raised a ticket with them and expected them to deal with it. It's taken them that long that all the details I provided (because their support system isnt working as it should) have had to be removed.

Plus it was a warning to people uploading attachments to them to accompany their ticket.

I used RI through a trade for which I've received the green from the other party but I'm left looking like I've not chased it up, or raised a ticket through shoddy support.

If you don't like it use somewhere else then, RI are the best.
Their are more than just you waiting in line for responses to their support tickets you know.

Do you expect RI to be sitting at the computer
24 hours a day 7 days a week? They have a life outside if the business too.
At the end of the day your
getting all these freebies for free.
No matter how long the waiting period is.

everyone puts a lot of effort into getting refferals m8 so even though they are classed as free it takes time and effort , and lets make it clear RI is a business , and everyone has a right to know what is happening to there gifts/orders or whatever .

well to be honest i have never had anything to do with ash other than with a support ticket ( as i only recently signed upto RI )
like furbs says above things have defo took a plunge over the last month or so .
there are a few threads in this section now all asking the same thing = WHATS GOING ON , no support tickets answered .
and no reply from ash on here , but i have just noticed that ash was back on here yesterday to give away a graphics card he no longer needs ( very nice of him ) if he has time to do that then why are people still waiting for replys to tickets and also threads on here

No worries, I wasn't either, just wanted to get the message across that this thread isn't an isolated one.

There are clearly issues, Ash himself posted in a thread not so long ago acknowledging those. My aim in posting is not to start a witch hunt, I like Ash and want to see him getting back on track.

I agree from what I've seen that standards have slipped recently on RI but there's a right way to moan and a wrong way. The OPs first post was the wrong way as insulting owners/network probably isnt the wisest thing to do, that is once i deciphered what he was trying to say

If people want to have a moan, they can at least do it with courtesy and they have the right to change networks at any time if they are dissatisfied with the one they are on (like you have) instead of spitting the dummy out.

just wanted to add, (don't know if someones said this already), but it's fine to have an opinion of a network, but when you voice your opinion, make sure it is done politely, and not just slating the entire network from your 1 experience

Sorry but RI arent the best. If they were there wouldnt be other threads in here much like this one. I'm sure there will be others waiting in line for responses as well....and im also sure that theres a bloody load in the line too.

I dont expect them to be on 24/7 no but its a business for them at the end of the day and I know for a fact theyll be doing quite nicely out of it. If I took 2 weeks to sort out a multitude of simple things in my job id be sacked. If I went to my boss and said oh yeah i know things have took a slide of late and i didnt do anything to sort it then id get my arse kicked...so whats the difference?
