They support ticket response times are very good (in my experience), and it seems to me that you have a very negative attitude. Try posting in your support ticket that uploading attachments doesn't work. If you are uploading a screenshot/image, host it with photobucket/imageshack and post a link so that RI can easily access it... edit: it seems im not alone

Obviously when the ticket uploading didnt work I provided them with a link but the fact its taken them so long to reply its been removed now due to space requirements. I also told them on the ticket, the php errors all over the page I originally got are now gone but the problem still persists. Its my guess they have removed that line from the the code rather than fixing the problem... Theyve got links but why should I even need to provide them one when they have an upload facility on their support pages? Works on other sites... Quote:

The way in which johns_ar has posted his concerns isn't going to win him any fans but the he is right on the underlying issue. As much as we all love Ash, Ri's service has dropped off badly over recent weeks in lots of ways and he needs to get back on track if he wants to keep up with the competition. He admitted the same himself but I can't see that much has changed since. Ash needs to know if people are not happy, as do others who are thinking of joining the network or comparing it to others. I for one have stopped referring to Ri until things improve.

![]() | The only reason I have brought it on here is because I've raised a ticket with them and expected them to deal with it. It's taken them that long that all the details I provided (because their support system isnt working as it should) have had to be removed. Plus it was a warning to people uploading attachments to them to accompany their ticket. I used RI through a trade for which I've received the green from the other party but I'm left looking like I've not chased it up, or raised a ticket through shoddy support. |

| iPod 30gb | well to be honest i have never had anything to do with ash other than with a support ticket ( as i only recently signed upto RI ) like furbs says above things have defo took a plunge over the last month or so . there are a few threads in this section now all asking the same thing = WHATS GOING ON , no support tickets answered . and no reply from ash on here , but i have just noticed that ash was back on here yesterday to give away a graphics card he no longer needs ( very nice of him ) if he has time to do that then why are people still waiting for replys to tickets and also threads on here |
