i made a ticket enquiring about a custom gift on thurs/fri, i havnt heard anything back yet.

this is my 1st ticket so i dont know how long it takes.

can any1 enlighten me?

Ash is beginning to get quite busy due to it being closer to xmas.

I believe he has taken someone on to help with the support tickets, but believe me he will have a lot to get through.
We also have to take into consideration his personal life as he is quite young so will still want a life.

Give him another week or so and try not to panic. He will get back to you.

Well he is, Ash is only 20 or so if I've got my information right.

I've used real-incentives for over two years and have yet to fault them for anything.
I'm not sure if Ash is a student or if he does this full-time but he will have other things going on in his life.

Try and be patient and believe me you will get your gift.

Don't get me wrong, RI are one of the best networks out there; that's why it's unusual for Ash to be so slack.

He seems to be taking longer and longer to respond these days and isn't on exceem so often either...

to get a rough idea, find out the cost of the item and divide it by 17, the answer will be approx the number of refs needed.

sounds like freepay, good luck trying to get all those referrals in time. Personally I'd use a site like RI because if you get a few referrals then dont want to continue, you can at least cash them in for something. You cant do that with freepay so even if you get 24 that wont be enough.

If you mentioned what you were wanting, maybe a member could tell you as its maybe been asked before.
