Im still waiting ash to answer my support ticket about a pending. I dont know whats got into you ash buddy but you seem to be slaking alot lately, making me think twice about using your services...and you've been good up until the last few weeks.

For those waiting to hear from the Support team.

Give them a break, Do you know how many support tickets Real Incentives get, don't forget their are over hundreds of members who are not all on exceem.. I had no problem with my support ticket. Was a bit late, but later is better than nothing. And I thank Ash and the team for all their hard work

Slaking I don't think so, I sent in a support ticket and got a reply, And as for your Pending I would contact the user, and get them to contact the company they did the offer for....... Show some respect towards Real Incentives dude, Their the best damn site around. I'd like to see you try and get through over 400 support tickets in one day.

i also got a reply last night ... for above ^^^ how would contacting your refferal and asking them to contact the company they did the offer for help with a pending .

Don't tell your referral to contact the company they did the offer for. Get them to send the support ticket to RI.

If you get in touch with the offer company you'll go through to the customer services when this sort of thing is probably dealt with by their marketing department and tradedoubler, etc.

I was comparing his current customer service rate , with how it was in the past, and in my opinion it seems slack compared to how ash usually is (quick and efficient). I know ash has a life, and I know that he has to deal with alot of support tickets.

The user involved has also said he contacted RI support about the situation, but I haven't heard anything about it.

I am still waiting for a reply to my ticket which I raised over 5 days ago

ID - 22E9BE

This has already cost me a green because 2 of my refs have completed the books direct offer but because he hadn't replied to their tickets regarding the offer credit one of them has cancelled and the other is very dubious now of the whole freebie scene.

This is not good for the rep of RI. I hope he gets things sorted.

I also hope everything is ok with him
