Green rollbacks

Hi,

When you have completed consoles.RI do you extra greens rollback when you restart consoles?

before you reset your account
so you have to submit your support ticket from anytime betweeen before verification - when the "reset" button appears

you can ask for all the pendings/greens to be rolled over. you will have to provide the IDs so ash & co know which pendings/greens to roll over.

Okay, so say I wanted something that was 2 Greens. I send in a ticket BEFORE I order it and give them all the ID's of the greens except from the two im going to use? Do i get to choose what greens i use aswell?

Sorry for all the questions, i just dont want to get it wrong.

you can order the item you want, you must send in a support ticket before the little box comes up saying "received your item? reset your account" (or something to that effect).
and I think the oldest greens get take, just ask for all your greens to be rolled over, and give the ids of every green on your account
