Mecca sign up problems?

Hi all,

I posted this in the conga thread but I think it might be more appropriate here;

Just signed up and joined Mecca Games. Went to deposit £10 and it said something about "commission rate had been changed" and wouldnt let me add any funds. I tried again and now it says I have to contact Customer Services quoting some reference code!! Any ideas whats going on? Is it now more than £10 to qualify, as it states on the offers page?
