Has anyone had a ticket answered recently because I submitted one on Thursday asking for my free greens but havn't had a reply yet?

yes i got 1 yesterday but it took recived on 27 oct and recived 02 nov so they should get to you soon they must be busy

your not the only one waiting for support tickets to be answered, you don't see any of us making threads about it.

rhys if someone wants to try and get a response from a network owner after having no luck with support tickets this is the only other option they have. and i think my last thread on here was about support aswell = you turned it into a roughest town in england thread
