Amazon voucher issue :(

Hello Ash,

I submited a support ticket: 63C3EF

That's so you know what issue I am on about, anyway you said in your last reponse to that ticket that you had ordered the Amazon vouchers over 2 hours ago from when you posted that reply to me.

You posted that on 29 October 2008 12:21 and it's now 1st of November, I read on the Amazon site it takes roughly 15mins from ordering to the gift being sent out.

Can you please check up on this, I have a feeling that there might have been a typo mistake when ordering my voucher from Amazon as I have not had anything in me email inbox or spam box

I think it actually takes a bit longer to get your amazon voucher, don't for get. Ash does have to wait from amazon to get the voucher before sending it off. if i'm not mistaken.

its take minutes for vouchers as they are automated once paid for they are auto sent to the recipients email addy.

He re-sent for them again and got them within 3 minutes of getting the support ticket response, thanks ASH!
