How do you know when we lodged our support tickets or when we were told the free greens would be added?

I sent my ticket on the 16th. What is this "38 hr delay" you speak of, "Grasshopper"?

I sent in a support ticket and for free greens and have a message saying

"Offer Credits Notice: Please note that offer crediting is delayed by 38 hours, we hope to have this updated as soon as possible, please bare with us, The Real Incentives Team"

seems that everything is going to be delayed even free greens

hey just wanted to post real fast and say that I really can't decide which network to go with. if you guys kept this on (as you said you might in the op) though, it would REALLY influence that decision heavily.

fj just kicks trash in customer support and that is making it REALLY hard to stray, but if you guys could keep up this promotion, I could get the item I want for 20 referrals here, whereas it would be 27 there. ordinarily on your site it is 24, but I gotta say that is not enough to sway me from fj as of their awesome support.

I finally got my first response to a support ticket ever from your site a few days back, and even got another one today! and that is also swaying me so....idk for sure. just wanted to make it known: PLZ keep up this "1 FREE for every 5 Referrals" promo and PLZ keep improving on your support!

DOesn't ash do RI work all himself, support, site maintenance, ordering? Where as FJ, (with its flawless support) is split between 2 people + chigg doing a lot of the site maintenance?

Thats how I see it, correct me if i'm wrong

What if you have no idea when the referrals were gained?

I have absolutely no idea when the greens are from.

Also can we just submit a ticket at the end of the period and ask for X free greens as a result? Or do we have to do it one at a time?

lol ok, you had me a little confused with the each thing

but uh well I apologize then, I just flat out didnt know that he managed the entire network by himself. That really explains a lot, thanks for the info. You might see how if I thought that had a couple of people on the team but took two weeks to answer a question that may or may not be of critical importance to me might make me a little nervous.

and yes, I am new to the freebie scene, which (hope this doesnt sound too dumb after seeing this whole site) brings skepticism. everything seems to fit pretty well, but when I see a site I like, but can never get any sort of response from them, I start to wonder if there is someone that is even there or if it is kind of fake (and I know, a lot of people here can and do testify to its reality). I'm just still only on the 90% believing it until I see my first free gift :S

well thanks for the info! Knowing that he does all this himself certainly carries some weight. And the reason the 7 referrals wouldn't swing it for me is simply because fj has been so good to me and like I said, I honestly was questioning if RI was even real and legitimate (especially with that blockbuster page that their offer links to), and therefore didn't want to be wasting a single referral (seeing as how they can only do say netflix once) unless I was as close to positive as I could get about its legitimacy.
