Anyone else having problems on Ri?

Yes, I am. And I am in DESPERATE need for Ash to answer my support ticket already! It is my 16th on Sunday and I NEED to get vouchers from Apple.RI and Wii.Ri in order to go with my present!!!

Contacting our hosting services now. Should be back up working shortly. Only been down for 10 minutes or so,

Educated guess says a service on the server has died, a simple reboot should make it all fine and dandy

Ok, servers being rebooted within the next 15 minutes, should all work fine after that,

Delude - Can't access tickets until its back up, so will do asap,

yes, and my brother in law was doing a coral offer around 1 hour ago so i hope that dont effect it.

Sites are back up. Offers wouldn't have been affected after they'd been clicked as its tracked externally from the sites.

All tickets will be answered by the end of tonight,

Half way through PVP incentives, so fingers crossed i can start on tiffany by tomorrow morning, then the rest will follow for the updated design,
