yeah, its apple but also the same thing happens with ipods.Have tried it with a macbook using firefox and the PC using IE and both are real slow.

Hm...anyone else having this problem?

Also arctic, whats your net connection like? speedwise, not that this should matter. However i am on 20mb virgin media broadband, so it may just be a case of me not noticing how slow it loads because of the speed....

havent a scooby about the speed but I'm using Orange. most of your sites work fine for me, even the ones with the older design. Apple and consoles have always been a problem for me.

I am on 8MB ADSL broadband and normally in the evenings it takes quite a time to load any website, but I just tried the Apple site and it took less then 5 seconds to load it.. and since I don't have an account with that site I not been on it since the redesign and don't have it in my cache either so its working fine I would say.. (I am presuming you are talking about just getting to the site and not logging into it though!)

Arctic, it might just be your ISP that is messing you up.. have you tried from another IPS, maybe a friend/neighbour not far from you that you could pop over to and see if it loads slowly there also?
