Glad to see it was only a minimal server outage Ash.

I hit verify earlier in the week for a cash out. A couple more pendings have gone green in the meantime, can you take those into account as well

for some reason i cant sign into the ticket area. I ave verifyed my email address and that but it wont regoise my password. Its saying that that there is a Incorrect login. Please try again. and all the details are correct!

You have absolutely no idea whether something popped up and meant that ash couldnt answer support tickets so I don't think it;s a case of him not being able to "handle the workload".

this issue hasn't only occurred with this one ticket, it's been happening the past few months. Replies are given in weeks. I get faster replies from freepay at times.

I think he can handel the workload, but I do agree that if he did hire someone, it would be alot better for all of us

I never said that it was about one ticket

what i said was give the guy a break when you dont know why your ticket hasnt been answered.

There are plenty other networks if you're not satisfied with real-incentives but dont compare them to freepay.

I dont think I've ever heard a more stupid argument. That's really absurd, comparing ash not answering tickets to people getting killed because the police didnt show up.

Maybe you want to start a network and see if you could deal with what they have to put up with before you criticise.

Ash answered my ticket, and was very polite as usual. To be fair, I should have given him more notice and I thank him very much for sorting my personal demands exactly as I wanted them.
Ash is very professional and hard working, and I think the time things have taken has been more than reasonable.

You have to take into account most companies only offer customer service from 9-5, or 8-8 mon-fri, very few companies offer full customer service on a weekend...
