Hello all,

Hi Ash, I wanted to know if anything has been done regarding my non credited booksdirect that I placed over a month ago, actually before I went away which was the same time you did.

I have put in a support ticket and sent the nocredit email over 30 days ago.

Support ticket ID:3CA792

Been around 5 days now.

I dont think you can blame people, everyone is only using this as a last resort because otherwise you hear nothing from support!

True...although i have never had a prob with the support tickets, all 3 i have submitted have been answered in bout 3 days....which was nice

Must be because people get a faster response here, it's also posted under "Real-Incentives" section of the boards so I see no problem with raising issues with how fast support re-act to support tickets in their section of the boards...

my support has been hit or miss, I've had near-real time conversations with ash, some waited over a week,
my trick is to try and post it at a time you and safley assume he'll be online

I must admit since ash has been on holz theres been a bit of a slow down in support responses, lets hope ash returns to his good ways.

I seem to see a lot of people post in these boards with issues with support ticket response times, I know R.I are a great site but I got referrals for my gift and have completed the offer way over a month ago, in fact was 2 weeks before I went away which was same time Ash went on holiday.

he's ok he's not done a runner lol, i chatted to him on MSN, he has loads of tickets to go through...u will get a reply

I sent a support ticket round 5 days ago to remind them that it's now been over 30 days since I sent the requested no credit email that I was told to send.

Even then I had to respond in these boards before I got a response, I waited more then 5 days then. I sent the email on 11th July I believe, not 100% sure but it had everything they requested.

Yeah I know he wouldn't do that, I actually have a lot of respect for Ash and have nothing against him or his site. Just seems you get a quicker response here so thought I'd push things along it's way a little quicker

well he hasn't been on msn as much, so he must be really busy, cuz he normally on alot more, and im waiting on a ticket, but i know it will get sorted soon, not waited as long as u, but it's not freecack, so u will get a reply
