i am a firm beliver that free stuff(like the NHS which i have well over used) shouldn't be crap by default(incase it sounds like it, i'm not saying RI is in a bad a state as the NHS or in a bad state at all)

and there are some stuff thats great about what we're doing here, some stuff that we may have problems with, but we have to live with it, if i add up the pros(free stuff, way for an under 18 year old to make a decent amount of money etc) and the cons(having to wait a few days for a reply to stuff I'm in no hurry to find out), it's well worth it

I think what alot of people misinterpret is it's not free stuff, we all value our time thats why we all have jobs that pay us for it. we put in the time to get people to do it and these companies aren't giving us 'free' stuff out of the goodness of their heart. They make good profit from the referrals that we send there way. I'm not saying it's not a good system, we put in the time and get people to complete offers, the companies get money for it and pass on some of the profit to us but at the same time it's a money earning business.

If you bought something of Amazon and you were told it'd be with you within 5 days and 2 weeks later you heard nothing how would you feel? the same with if you tried to contact their support. I'm not suggesting that this nice one man band type business should offer the same service as amazon I'm just saying that it is still a business.

I think people here seem to be afraid to expect let alone ask for good service because they feel they're getting something for nothing and also because they're probably more afraid they wont get there item if they kick up a fuss

I'm not trying to drag Ash's name through the mud because his is the only freebie site I've ever tried but once I complete this one in my opinion they're not worth the trouble but that's just my opinion due to the poor communication, verifications not happening when they should, and people going on hold when I know for a fact they've done everything legitimately. This combined has put me off.

I hope some of you can atleast understand if not agree with what I'm saying.

yeh by free i mean we're not paying out a pocket, and I'm 14, thus no job, thus my time is worthless

and yeh i get what you mean, I've had a few of those ranks and they sound they your trashing ash, but your not, your just holding you side of the debate

I couldn't agree more, seems some here become good friends with some of the site owners and feel the need to defend their corner but like you say at the end of the day this is a business and is no different then any other business in the world.

R.I ain't a bad site, probably one of the bests and Ash is a very nice person and does get back to you and sort any issues out that you might have. I do believe that the support service needs sorting, though that's Ash's call
