Hey everyone,

Sincere apologies for the lack of communication over the past week. I don't like to make excuses, but a couple of important personal issues came up which couldn't be avoided.

Tickets are being replied to as i type, and all orders are being placed this evening for delivery in the next few days, subject to stock.

As for verifications, all were done on time the sunday just gone, so will check again to see why (if) any of you were missed.

You will notice a significant increase in response times to tickets from now on,

If your referrals have broken terms and conditions of the site, they are placed on hold. This hold is not always indefinite, we are pretty leniant and will always take each explanation on a case by case basis. Simply ask them to contact support so that we can sort out the issue,
