 | Support response timesHello I'm just wondering what the average response time is from RI support. I'm naturally impatient and didn't know if about a week was average or Ash was just having a bit of a break? Also what freebie site gives the best support? Thanks Andy |

| Re: Support response timesIf you have waited a week for a response then just put another one in. regarding which site offer the best support, i can only speak from the few i have used so far and Freebie Jeebies are awesome, i put in a ticket last night and i had a reply in 2 minutes  |
