 | Lovefilm not trackedHi I signed up for the lovefilm trial last year yet my account still says I havent completed an offer. I definetly have because I'm still a subscriber. I've tried contacting support and they said it maybe a cookie problem that it didnt get track and I should contact the credit department (think that was the name). I emailed them with my sign up email from lovefilm over two months ago and still havent heard anything. Does anyone know what else I can do? Many thanks

 | Re: Lovefilm not trackeda year ago? wow ermm, when people have had this problem before it's been sorted on support ticket, some antivirus scanners delete cookies, i know mine picks it up, i guess if you delete it when your doin your offer it could be a problem if i were you, sbmit another support ticket

| Re: Lovefilm not trackedYeah I'm currently having the same problem with a mistracked offer and I sent off some screenshots of account history and stuff. I haven't heard back yet but the guy who runs the site has pretty high reviews on here so I think he will get round to it eventually if you send a new ticket once a week or something. |
