RI Banner type thing?

Does anyone have a real-incentives sort of small banner logo? Since I looked on the site, and theres no logo or anything
for the sidebar of my website, so I can add the image and put my ref link behind it, since people are much more likely to click on it?

and before people ask me, I did search the forums, but no results

I was thinking something along the lines of this:
