Hi, They both used different computers at home not even the work ones so it can't be that and they've both got different shipping addresses and used cards registered to those addresses and everything. I can't work it out. I have sent a ticket to Ash but he normally takes about a week to get back to me and I'm really impatient so I wanted to find out on here if there was anything I could do or send him to prove they were legit

unlucky mate, you could try asking ash, but i wouldn't hold your breath try catchin him while he's online and he'll reply qicker, I had as good as a conversation with him a few times

hey Rhys. I think you miss read my post. I said they DIDNT even use the computers at work and they used there home ones so all the ip addresses will be different that's why it doesn't make sense. Cheers

Yes I'm certain as I had to talk them through signing up on the phone while they're at home and it's impossible to do it at work because the gambling site coral that they signed up to is banned. I really don't know what they could of done wrong

yeah gambling sites are banned at my work so im certain no one joined at work under the same IP address and I had to ring them up and talk them through how to complete the offers when they were at home...im confused why harvez said thats a ban? are you not allowed to talk people through how to complete offers???

I think he was joking mate...

Just open a support ticket and ask Ash if he can give reasons, it may be something simple like your sign ups closed their accounts too soon on coral or submitted false information without thinking, or by mistake....you never know.

Talk to support, its your best bet.
