my accounts broken

i havn't had anyone sign up to my account in a while, and I asked sum1 to sign up for me, and it didn't show up, so she sent me a print screen of her account, and i asked someone today who signed up and it didn't show on my account

so i think my account is broken, i mean, i must have missed out on LOADS of greens, anyone else having anything like this?

Is it possible you gave the wrong ref link? How did they sign up? Did you write it down, did they click a link etc?

i wrote it down, on msn, then checked it letter for letter on what it says on my r.i account it's defiantly the right ref link, and this would explain i havn't been getting any in a while , with methods i haven't changed the link at all

why didnt you simply copy and paste it?

I dont think this is a problem at real incentives end.

Do they click the link or copy and paste it? If they copy and paste they may have copied a space at the end which I think comes up as % in IE and this may have an effect on the ref link (though I'm sure someone will correct me if I am wrong).

i didn't copy and paste as i've written it millions of times, and me ref number it well easy to remember

the copy and pasted but i'm sure my other methods are links where they click on it

and she's sure she just did the writing

It's very difficult to advise if we can't see that actual ref link they used. It may even be the case that they decided to remover the ref link bit at the end and sign up that way. People do that sometimes.

they say they didn't, and i'm running out of people who aren't tards to test it on

edit: okay, i just copy and pasted a link from the R.I site, and instructed them to click on it not copy and paste, we'll see how that tuns out

loads of people just shorten the link coz its easier.
Maybe your referral was unaware that changing the end would not make it a referral?

I doubt its RI, they have very little account problems

nahh, coz I've been having no greens for weeks

and i don't think thats happened to anyone
this does explain why my flow os sign-ups suddenly stopped

lok seeing as there is no way i can test it with all of you, you'll simply have to take my work, I've had almost 100 referrals the links i supplied are fine

i typed it in correctly, and she copy and pasted no they're not showing up on my acc status page, if they were, there wouldn't be a problem at all
