He's not been on since 29th July. He said he was getting back yesterday. He's probably having the weekend off and will get back to work tomorrow, but I would expect he will need a couple of days to clear the backlog so I'd just be patient.

Generally he is pretty disciplined, but to be fair to the guy I think he said he hasn't had a holiday in 5 years so he can be forgiven a couple of days extra I'm sure.

And remember, as much as being your own boss requires discipline being a freebie hunter requires patience

Though we could be doing him a disservice, perhaps he has been working the last coupld of days but just hasn't got to yours yet. Doesn't re-entering the support send it to the bottom of the pile again?

i don't think so, because tickets I've had 14 days with no responce, then I've had some which were practically as fast as a text conversation
just think when he checks here he'll see mine and check faster

I'm getting a bit concerned because I'm in the same boat and am new at this so I'm still a bit skeptical but everyone does seem to speak highly of this guy so fingers crossed!
