 | help pleasehi all as you can guess, im new here now i have been using the hdtv real-incentives, i know ash is away havin a well deserved holls, by what i have been reading here  now my offer i done was the ilove film offer it still says pending but i have paid the 3.99 and had 3 dvds from them any ideas when that converts ? also so far i have 23 sign ups, now if anyone can advise me on my next question i have about 10 that are shaded purple? and the rest are black am i right in thinking that the purple coloured ones, are the ones that have done a offer ? please please can someone tell me lol many thanks to you all ps i am trying to get to 19 confirmed and i have not signed up to any other site so i can if anyone would do the same for me lol as i have had a warning of ebay pmsl thanks again  |

| Re: help pleaseI'm not to sure about the hdtv site, but on the gifts.RI site, the purple ones have completed an offer and the black ones haven't. Either way they should say "offer complete" or "no offer completed" next to them. It sound's like you've fulfilled the requirements for you offer, but the Lovefilm offer takes at least 2 weeks to dredit (sometimes up to 1 month) so it depends how long ago go signed up to the offer. If you signed up over a month ago, then my guess would be that your offer hasn't tracked and you will need to raise a support ticket with RI. Hope this helped.

| Re: help pleasecool thanks guys ! mine says i got 2 confirmed and now i got 12 that are all purple so i take it, thats 14 that have done the offer not much more then as i need 19 for what im going for !2 Complete / 0 Pending / 27 Total but 12 that are purple i take it that its pending? sorry for asking silly questions |
