iPhone PAYG added

We've added both versions, 8GB & 16GB iPhone PAYG options to gifts, apple and mobile incentives.

8GB - 16 refs
16GB - 19 refs

We wont be adding the contract version until we are certain we can get them.

These are pre-orders until they are released,

Gifts and Mobile Incentives will be back up shortly, Apple is now up,

I'm confused however. I earned the 13 referrals for the previous iphone and verified and ordered on 22nd June. I sent support tickets and a pm requesting an amazon voucher for the iphone value on the same day. I received a reply over a week later stating amazon vouchers would be sent on Wednesday, though this didnt happen.

Now, upon logging into my account it tells me I have 14/16 referrals required. It shows nothing about my order. What are my options? Do I have to reorder as a custom order now or cashout and get the bank transfer for the 14 referrals I do have? Or will my previous order be honoured?

Surprised it's only £220 really ... multiple threads on here state that amazon vouchers are 100% value which with 13 refs was £269. Feel a little bit gipped really.

Actually at £17 per ref I'd have been better off asking for a bank transfer... only by a quid, but, a quids a quid.

^ I swear that the Amazon vouchers are meant to be 100%. If they're not then that ruins my chance of getting vouchers from the different RI sites to get an iPhone.

RI have been 85% of the value for vouchers and bank transfers for months now. I think the only exception is if it is an out of stock item on a single item site - i.e. they would offer a £180 voucher for an out of stock Wii.

The reason is that they claim VAT back on a physical gift and the ref rates reflect this. You cannot claim VAT back on vouchers or cash so you get 85% of the value for those.

Any "multiple" threads showing 100% voucher or bank transfer will be either very old threads before the change was made or will be for an item that was out of stock on a single item site.

We never send amazon vouchers at 100%, as does no other network as far as i know, unless the item is amazon voucher.

Its been 85% of the value of £260 (the 8GB iPhone price). which is £220. Its been like that for about 9 months. You did have the choice to wait for the new one to come out.....
