Didnt understand what you meant in that first sentence. We are moving servers, and undergoing different changes, so we have removed access to the sites for this change, as databases need to be moved over, which would be very difficult if people continued to sign up....

support and gift fulfillment will be started when the switchover is finished.

Echo what vix said, Ash. You need to go to your signature and remove all the http://www.real-incentives.com/... images, as they're causing the password prompt to come up in every thread you've posted in.

Hm, nothing linking to any RI sites in my sig anymore...

Just to let you all know, the Nameservers are still updating to the new server, which may mean a bit more of a wait... I've checked myself via alternatives IP addresses and some work and some don't so still a few ISPs need to update.

usefull tip if moving servers - change the nameservers TTL to a low figure 48 hours before the server move!

Time To Live

Its a DNS value, that tells DNS servers how long to store the information about that DNS zone before checking the information again.

High values reduce load on the DNS servers

Low values increast the load

However a smaller TTL means any changes you make to DNS will propagate across the internet alot more quickly.
