Getting nowhere with Real Incentives Support / Help

I am hoping someone may be able to help me as i am getting nowhere with the support from Real Incentives....

I completed an offer with King Jackpot for Console Incentives on approximately 14th April, however this has still not shown up on my account. I logged a ticket on the site and as suggested sent an email to nocredit@real-incentives.com however i have still not received an update or been credited with this offer as complete, it just states 'No Offer Completed'. I then put a post on Ash's member page on here (eXceem - View Profile: wheretoturn) and have not received any response.

Is anyone else out there having the same issues and how can I help speed up the process. I really dont know what else to try, unless anyone has a phone number?

Thanks

Dave

Ash is usually pretty quick with tickets. I would suggest the delay is probably on King Jackpots part rather than Ash's so go easy.

The other thing is unless you have all of your greens and are ready to click verify the delay doesn't make any difference to the timescale of getting your freebie so just hold tight and Ash will sort it out.

I had a major delay with the King jackpot offer and it took a while to credit and I was waiting to verify - but it does credit so be patient and look forward to that big freebie at the end

We never simply ignore tickets. If you give me the ticket ID i can sort it for you. It also depends on when the ticket was created as tickets are closed after 14 days if the member hasn't responded to it,

Thanks,
Ash

Thanks,
Ash
My ticket number was FEA526 to which i acted as stated and sent a mail to nocredit@real-incentives.com on 13 May at 20.38. I would be grateful if you could look into this and get back to me either here or via email. It seems lots of people have plenty of positive things to say about R.I and i would like to be one of those people!

Regards

Dave

Ash is very busy at the moment making site improvements, on top of what he already does. We all must be patient, he will get back to you.

I have observed quite a few of these posts about Real Incentives and I must admit that I am a bit confused about the 'quick-to-respond-positive-comments' coming from certain members/protectors - not sure if these are based on friendship or brown-nosing. The fact of the matter is Ash runs a B2C company, and as such has a professional responsibility to keep his customers happy and provide a minimum level of service - and from the problems posted by 'wilbo', 'pdmac8', 'rhysjones_1', 'Fezio' and 'bakulm' - it seems that this is not happening. Certainly if 'wilbo' completed his offer on 14th April, then over 2 months does not seem like an acceptable service level. If anyone disagrees then you have extremely low expectations!

I have noted that Ash is making some changes to his website, but surely customer satisfaction should come first?! I personally think Real Incentives is the best designed of all of these types of sites.

Although I may sound like a disgruntled customer, I am actually pretty happy with the service I have personally received from R.I - but I appreciate the frustration of the 'not-so-pleased' - and it's an issue that needs addressing.

I hope for those not so lucky that you manage to get your issues resolved with R.I.

I understand all of your points, but put yourself in his shoes, hes trying to update his site to make it more benefcial for us all, verify hundreds of accounts, and answer all the support tickets all by himself. Its not brown nosing or anything, its just I can only imagine how much stress hes under. I think that his service is ok. You cant get as bad as freepay, some people have been waiting 2 months for their items. Very valid point tho not knocking it down or anything

i could agree more, people say that the runners of these sites hav to have a life so it takes them to respond, it is they're responsibility to respond they're making money aaren't they?

Re: Getting nowhere with Real Incentives Support / Help

Whats the normal waiting time before sending a ticket regarding non credit?
I only ask because I signed up to the booksdirect offer on apple.RI and that was 2 weeks ago, I now have my books so the offer is fully completed.

Should I send a ticket in?

Re: Getting nowhere with Real Incentives Support / Help

Although i have never used R.I. and can see from the posts above that some people are unhappy with their customer service levels. However I still see more positive posts regarding R.I. than i do negative.

Altho i can understand that not getting a response to a ticket could be frustrating, i am sure that Ash isn't deliberately ignoring people and its probably more lightly that a few tickets have slipped through the system.

Even the biggest and best companies in the world have their faults when it comes to customer service, and they'd probably tell you that oversights are a minimal in terms of % of support cases lodged and i should think that is the case with R.I.

Remember no body's perfect, and a public flaming of R.I. probably wont really help anyone's case.

It'd probably just be wiser for those involved to simply lodge another ticket that politely points out that your first ticket seems to have been overlooked.

Thats my 2 cents anyway
