Ash... you are proving my point exactly - seeing as I was the person that started this thread, and quoted my ticket ID earlier in this thread as you asked (although looking at the quote in your response I think you were actually responding to Fezio's comment rather than mine) - I still haven't had a response to my support/ticket ID... do you think you could please give me an update on when I will have my green for the King Jackpot offer I completed in April? Try another support ticket!

If you still have not had a response to the support ticket after so long try another one now. Submit a ticket with all the screenshots to prove you done the offer and i'm sure it'll get sorted soon!

Hi, is this jackpotjoy a common thing to take ages to credit as one of my friends did this offer under my referral and it didn't credit. Have issued a ticket a couple of days ago but no reply as yet. should I hassle on or just wait for it to credit? Thanks, I'm new and this is my first attempt at getting this free stuff!

Yes, it has be known to have issues with tracking, just like many others, including mine.

Tell your friend to send in a support ticket to RI, and Ash, the owner, will sort it out for him/her.

I'd send another one, get the ball rolling abit more. As a member, you can leave as many as you see fit. However, Ash will usually get back to you within a reasonable time frame, don't worry.

Possibly checking mine too please? i did one april too but still hasn't credited, she turn green ages ago and that even though she might forgotten it i still need to return back the favor. I've has sent 2 time to no credit but never gotten response both
