If you still have not had a response to the support ticket after so long try another one now. Submit a ticket with all the screenshots to prove you done the offer and i'm sure it'll get sorted soon!

Have issued a ticket a couple of days ago but no reply as yet. should I hassle on or just wait for it to credit? Thanks, I'm new and this is my first attempt at getting this free stuff! |

Yes, it has be known to have issues with tracking, just like many others, including mine. Tell your friend to send in a support ticket to RI, and Ash, the owner, will sort it out for him/her. Thanks.

I've has sent 2 time to no credit but never gotten response both
