I've been thinking and is this against the rules:
right as part of my ref's a got a family member to sign up, she completed an offer with all her details and did everything in compliance with the rules but she obv didn't want anything, just doin me a favor, now I've got a laptop,
I've been using her account(as i didn't know you could reset your account) and got 11 greens (I'm not sure, they're fully completed refs yeh?)lol so firsty am i allowed to carry on with her account, or can you change the greens i have to my account?
have i broken the rules? because technically it was her who did everything so was it breaking the rules accessing her account from my ip address?

probs the accounts have been flagged seen as 2 accounts 2 one ip adress, i would contact real incentives and explain better see if it can be sorted out

I'm not sure what happens if you're logging into 2 accounts from the same IP (signing up from the same is against T&Cs, though), but you can't transfer referrals, and it certainly isn't against the T&Cs to help someone get the referrals.

yeh i read the T&C's it says i can't register for more than one, but i didn't register
and no the account havn't been flagged

thing is tho i'm not sure how this would benefit you. because if you wanted another item then why don't u just reset? the only thing they could hold against you is the fact that it would appear at least that you have 2 accounts. thinkin about it tho it is completely plausible to check ur account when ur at someone else's place, as that's what it would look like. I have been at my friend's house, who referred me, and logged in to check my status and nothin happened to me

This is completely against the rules, which will result in this account being placed on hold. We allow one account per person per site. You say it was technically her who did everything, but you clearly say you are using the account to get greens for another free gift for yourself, which is no different than having a 2nd account made in your name.

This account will be placed on hold, but your original account will be left so that you can get a second gift legitimately. Please see her account as void, and continue to use your original account if you would like a 2nd gift,

People do really shoot themselves in the foot!! If the OP had kept quiet nobody would have been any the wiser!!

There are far too many, I think i have made a mistake, do you think I will be put on hold threads lately, almost all of which have been put on hold or have resulted in other people being put on hold.

Although I am not encouraging dishonesty, far from it, I do wish people would think before they type, the OPs family members account is now on hold, what a waste of greens, especially if there had been an offer completed on that site as somebody else now has to go to the effort to get another green!

If the person who originally opened the account wished to continue, they simply need to submit a ticket. Obviously though, all current referrals would be removed.

Also, it is highly likely this account would have been flagged come verification, as ALL logins record the IP of each session, and if the same person logged into more than one account numerous amount of times, this would have resulted in an investigation, which would cause a temporary hold whilst we investigate, and then a permanent hold.

I understand that, it is a real catch 22 situation...

Exceem seems to have turned into a bunch of bandwagon jumpers who upon hearing somebodys account going on hold for whatever reason, then proceed in detailing their own poor experiences and slagging off the sites, the site owners and the site owners pet hamster, and once the members with legitimate concerns have their accounts reinstated it all kicks off again. It makes for quite unpleasent reading, and in the past has caused site owners to abandon exceem altogether leaving us at the mercy of support tickets!!

My suggestion - I know sites have no obligation to air their laundry in public - especially Monkeyegg as we are not due an eclipse for a few years yet... - but maybe the supported networks could have an area where these can be discussed in a more private environment to prevent the bandwagon jumpers, with a similar system to freepay in that a reference number is given for access to the thread - yet making it a little less formal than the support ticket system.

I would also suggest that the supported site owners also have a clear, current copy of their terms and conditions as a sticky in their own subforums.

I do miss posting regularly but I am tired of reading so much negativity, I am fed up enough already without my virtual garden shed being all doom and gloom too!!

i wouldnt push it m8, hes been very fair by letting you keep your other account. many other sites would have placed both accounts on hold.

ash's decision is final, unless he changes his mind, maybe you could come to a compromise... maybe you redo your offer, or get a couple of extra greens, but there needs to be seen to be some sort of action.
