if you wish to trade referrals you need to wait till you have been a member for 5 days and made 5 meaningful posts then you can apply for acess , in the meantime actually take the time to have a look around for tips and hints

what you are looking for is a trade, which you cant do for 5 days after joining exceem. Which gives you plenty of time to have a read around the forum for hints and tips.
