wii incentives, help me out? then i'll sort you out if i can...

Hello everyone,

i have come accross this forum trying to find out why wii incentives is yet to show my account status as 1 offer completed? I am asking this because i have actually completed 1 offer- it was the coral.co.uk offer... and i did it through a link provided on the offers page of the wii incentives site. I could be wrong by saying that i have actually completed the offer i don't quite know, but i'm sure somebody here will...? I clicked on the coral.co.uk offer link, registered my details including my bloody card details, deposited £5 and placed a bet on manchester united beating barcelona 1-0 (and won £35 back!!) so why is it that when i log into my account now the status is still the same?? listen thanks for anybody who is willing to offer some advice or assitance, i'm dying to get my free nintendo wii.. if it means completing a different offer i don't mind because after all, i won £35 on a £5 bet..

Hey,

Offers can take quite a while to credit, check back in a few days and it should have gone green. If not then you can send a support ticket and they'll credit it manually. Meanwhile you can start trying to get those greens you'll need for your wii.

the coral offer normally credits very quickly, within a few hours. So as Kev said if it takes longer than 24 hours send a support ticket with proof of you completing the offer (screen dumps of your betting history of coral) and they will manually credit you. This can take up to 30 days but you can get your referals in the meantime.

Yep don't worry, it can take a few days for an offer to appear as completed on your account. If it's not appearing after a few days send a support ticket in.

Oh thanks for being helpful too! Can you suggest the safest way of getting a support ticket to work effectively, this does seem so easy when you read the threads as i have been doing, but i don't want to mess it up and get put on hold for silly schoolboy errors..
I have an account open with coral now and £5 is the balance because i deposited this amount into the account, placed a bet, won £30 (woo wee!) and it then only allowed me to withdraw £30 back, and stopped me from getting the extra £5 which i'd initially deposited (stating in the error that because it was a free bet or something, i could only use it online) ?? I'm a tad confused about it, but by all means i'll waste that £5 if it means i get a completed offer..i've won £30 for placing a bet i'd never have dream't of placing if i'd not seen this console-incentives site.
also.... refering people.. how best go about this? I know it takes some time but i need to do 8 people (in how much time?)..
p.s. Sorry i'm full of questions, it's my first go at this and i'm all excited about it, heh!

to send a support ticket log into your account click support and go from there.... however you'll probably find it will be credited soon.

You do not need to waste this £5, this £5 coral gives you.... you can bet it and take out the winnings but you can never take the £5 out. Keeping it will not affect getting credit

As for getting referals.... for your first gift i suggest getting your friends to sign up.... offer people the £5 to make the coral bet and obv only give them the money if they lose. There is no time scale....

Ow and only 1 account per household and ip address.... make sure u obied this!

Ok thanks alot for this advice.. I'm just gonna have to give it a day or two to show up on my account status then?? During which i could place a £5er on Chelsea beating Liverpool 2-0 tomorrow or something which might be a waste of a bet anyway.. ! By the way i have filed a support ticket now with referal link but no actual evidence because i have none right now, other than an email saying 'welcome to coral'... Hey i have to thank you very much for replying this time of the night aswell, i thought'd it be quiet right now!?

still 'no offer completed' what would you do?? It has been more than 24 hrs since coral issed me as a bet winner for sure....... Should i open a tag with customer support (will that get me anywhere? and how?) ,or shall i just go for a different offer like the films one because without this 'offer completed' status then referrals are negligable, right? Ahhh. i'm determined enough to get the referals as long as the 'offer completed status' shows therefore enabling me to have confidence it'll work for friends and family who i'm going to have to badger into taking up the painstaking process (which is hopefully worth it!!)... Pls help guys...?

Don't panic about your own offer credit, you can go ahead and get referrals while you wait on getting credit.

I'm pretty sure Real-Incentives will allow you to get a few extra referrals instead of doing an offer anyway but don't worry about that.

Send a support ticket and make sure you include screenshots of your account history.

Ok, awaiting that now.. tomorrow when i feel awake i will get a proper written tag + screen shots to prove i completed my coral bet (and won!).. for now i'm trying apple-incentives for an ipod nano 8gig (6 referrals seems a tad more acheivable than 8 right now...)
