New Design & New Features to come

Hey everyone,

As many of you may know (and some have previewed) we have a brand new design coming in may. Along with this, we have a few features which we have decided to implement!

Coming May 2008:

- Brand New Design which will allow up to 24 gifts per site (instead of the 8 available now)

- Brand New Site

- Custom orders! We have decided to bring these back after a very successfull year on exceem.

- Cash per Ref! We have decided to offer cash per refs, at £20 per ref (£17 when calculated at 85% during verification)

Members can start to get referrals now for cash per ref, but won't be able to claim until the new design is implemented

All those features sound great and I'm looking forward to them, but can I just get some clarification on some points on this one?

(1) I make £18.50 to be 92.5%, 85% would be £17 so can you confirm that the cash per ref will be £18.50 and not £17?

(2) I assume the cash alternative will be available even if it is for a value of less than £300 as per the current rule, or is the current rule being preserved?

(3) Say I have 19 refs and I want the cash but no item on the site in question comes in at 19 refs - the nearest ones are for 16 and 22 refs for example. Can I get the cash value of the 19 refs or do I have to get it on the next nearest i.e. 16 refs?

Was going to clarify most of those points on the release date, but will do it now for you,

1)85% of £20 will be : £17, apologies!

2) Cash rule will be £17 per ref (at 85%) with the lowest claim being 3 referrals.

3) Can cash out on any referrals you may have (3 refs or above), you don't need to go to the nearest gift option.

just a question. The site im doing offers £250 amazon voucher for 11 referrals or £500 for 20 referrals.

Wouldn't you consider doing for example:
3-9 referrals £17
10-16 referrals £18
17-23 referrals £19

or something on those lines.

sounds good people who work hard and get lots of referrals should be reward greater than people who come to the site get 3 referrals and cash out

This was going to be along the lines of my next question. Currently a Macbook air is 48 refs (i think) and the cash would be £1020 roughly. But under the new system a person would have to get 60 credits to make up that amount which is a fair old discrepancy. I was going to ask how (if?) this could resolved.

So would the above be if you get say 60 refs all 60 would be worth £19, or just the ones above 51, and so on and so forth for the other boundaries?

Members could either choose their cash equivilant to a chosen gift, or a cash per ref payout, not a mix of each other unfortunately.

Most of the refs are based on £20 per ref, and when members want a cash alternative its reduced to £17. Its only on the bigger gifts (20 or over usually) that we try to give a better £ per ref, in the same case as the macbook air.
