Sorry to keep saying when is it going to happen but I have a decision to make!

Would be good to know what kind of cash per referral we will be looking at, for example I could now verify for a macbook but would like to continue referring!

1 referral is worth £20, but if you want cash instead of a freebie, you will only get 85% of the value, which works out at £17 per ref.

riight, so what you mean is say something is 5 ref's that item is worth £100
where as I'd only get £85 as a cash alt.?
so what about if there's no gift to the number of ref's ? would you just get the number of ref's x20 minus 15%?

Yes, sort of. You would just collect, say, 10 greens and then "cash out" which would give you £170. You can get any number of greens and cash out but each one will be worth £17.

Can we get custom ordering going prior to launch? Or if not can "cash out" (or preferably "Amazon out") now?

Just an update, we are the final stages of coding now, browser fixes etc. We're now also at the stage where we are setting up each site in terms of design, which will take a few days, not long now!
