genuinely sharing a computer

hi, i fully understand the rules about creating multiple accounts and however my girlfriend's laptop is in for repairs so she used mines to create her account.

it is completely genuine i swear.... fully different shipping address, bank details and everything

will we be suspended because we have shared an ip address?

would be really gutted cos i'm halfway to an iphone (my first every attempt at a freebie)

Shouldn't be a problem as long as everything is genuine.

It would be a bit unfair of us to place accounts on hold for simply using a different computer

Re: genuinely sharing a computer

Thats great
was really starting to worry there lol

just another quick question while i'm here....

She done the gala bingo offer on monday night but when i signed on today she still hadnt been credited for it so i sent a support ticket for her (as it will be a cuple of days till here laptop is back and i didnt want to leave it too long and risk having to wait the full 30 days to be credited)

is that ok or does she always need to send her own support tickets?

might be famous last words but i think im starting to get the hang of this

the support tictet is normaly best being sent from the account that did the offer, as they might need proof sending,

Its usually best that she sends a ticket herself, as you will be advised in your ticket that we cannot discuss someone else's account with you,

If it hasn't credited by now, then it will be a manual credit, but providing that she has all the necessary proof of offer completion, you won't need to wait long for the credit. The way we handle no credits has recently been updated:

Manual Credit Info
