 | Support ticketHey, hey, I did the bingos.co.uk offer on the 7th of april and it still hasnt gone to "complete" in my account. i raised a support ticket on the 14th april. how long does it take for a reply? some1 said to pm or talk to ash on msn but i cant find his details anywhere? thanks mark |

 | Re: Support ticketyou will need to wait 30 days for a manual credit on that offer the support ticket needs to have proof that you did the offer (ie. the email from bingos.co.uk and maybe a screenshot of your spendings on bingos.co.uk) Joe

| Re: Support ticketI did send a support ticket when bingos didn't credit on RI. 30 days after I send support the required screens etc it still hadn't credited and at least a week after I reopened the support ticket I've heard nothing back from RI. |
