Hello there. I have completed the offer for an ipod shuffle, and got verified two sundays ago, and ordered my item on the monday morning straight after. I know it says it can take up to 30 days, but when dya think the order status will change from 'processing' to 'shipped'?

Ipod shuffle appears to be in stock in amazon so i don't think that is an issue.

Did a couple of orders this morning, including a few shuffles, you'l probably find that one of those was yours. In which case it should be with you tomorrow,

Hi Ash. Any updates on sending console games from consoles.real-incentives?

I ordered on the 7th, and updated the support ticket I raised at the time on Saturday. (ticket No: 39ACDE)

How long does it normally take RI to send out gifts?

I ordered on the 7th and have a raised a couple of tickets, but no reply and my order still says processing. I know it says it can take up to 30 days, but most other networks send in a week or so. I'm only after a couple of games.

hello

i have tried to contact ash via support tickets, but it take up to a week to get a response. to be honest, i just wanted to try and get the ball rolling a little bit. i realise that he must be very busy, so i will just wait for my response via my support ticket
