2 Months and still waiting for offer completion

If it drags on any longer you'll be giving Freepay a run for their money for the stakes of worst support for a referral site

Ash is really good at replying so it seems odd you've had no reply.

I've given it plenty of time for the offer to complete before raising a support call. I was told it had to be submitted to for 'no-credit' have waited 30 days and reopened my support call as this had been closed asking for an update and I am still waiting for a reply.

lol i had to wait for five weeks to get credited for bingos.co.uk. i reccommend that you add ash to msn and try and bring it up with him then. good luck.

hello, you mentioned to try and add ash to msn, what is his msn name, as i am having the same problem with regards to firends completing promotions, and them not appearing as complete on my account, and for them as well

erm, can I just say that pestering ash on msn will not help you.... just post another support ticket with the reference number of the first in it.

Hassling site owners and criticising the site will get you nowhere fast.

i did post office cc and received a reply from the post office via post, but still no credit for my offer completion. the RI site only says apply, not get accepted so I assume I did everything correctly.

Support ticket pending response since 2nd april... ... should I scan in my letter from the PO people and email it to nocredit@ri to see if it gets included in the next report? No idea... waiting for the reply to the support ticket to tell me

icks. I did an offer, never got credited. Waited a few days and then raised a support ticket, which never got reply for like over a week so I spoke to ash on msn, and he asked for the ticket id, and then replied to it within minutes, apologising for the delay. I then waited 5 weeks to get credited for my offer, having sent off evidence etc, and then just asked Ash on msn to see what was going on and he manually credited it.
I then placed my order for bank transfer, which I had been waiting 2 weeks for. I had raised a support ticket asking what was going on with it but got no reply. I then went on msn and asked ash about my bank transfer, and he apologised for the delay and completed it immediately.
What I am saying is, for me, the best course of action was to chat to ash directly on msn, after getting no reply to support tickets and pms. I am not encouraging people to hassle him, because this lessens the experience for all of us if ash is tied up on msn all the time, but personally i think I would have been waiting a lot longer had i not used msn to bring up the problems I was having.
However, being able to chat to the site owner on msn is something of a privilege, so it should only be used once you have exhausted support tickets and pms on exceem. Ash seems like a stand-up guy, but if support tickets aren't getting replied to and you've waited 2 months , as Funky has, then it seems only fair that he should be able to bring it up with ash on msn. From what it seems like to me, Funky's getting nowhere at the moment.

No point, I run a similar site and I dont get paid if you dont pass the credit check.

You will have to do a different offer my friend, sorry.
