![]() ![]() | Manual creditingI did the bingos offer on RI and when it didn't credit raised a support ticket. When it was responded to I sent off the requested screens and was told it could take 30 days for the offer to credit manually. It was 30 days yesterday and it hasn't credited. Should I wait another few days for it to credit or raise another support ticket. |

| iPod Nano 4GB | Re: Manual creditingHi, I had the same problem. All in all I waited over 5 weeks to get credited. I got hold of ash on msn and explained how long i'd been waiting and he then credited me, but I got nowhere by just waiting, I only got my support ticket replied to once I had spoken to ash on msn. I suggest you add him on msn and then start a convo with him and ask him to sort it out. FYI it was the bingos.co.uk offer which messed up for me too.I sent off two pms on exceem too but got no reply to those so I suggest you get hold of him on msn asap, seems like the most direct approach. Hope this was helpful. |
