| Re: How long for support?i sent off a support ticket about a month ago which took a week to get answered. I spoke to ash on msn and gave him the ticket id because I wasn't sure how long it was gonna take for someone to get back to me. I think hes a bit swamped at the moment, so you might be waiting for a bit longer. the support ticket concerned an offer I did which i never got credited for. I'm still waiting to be credited for it, it's been a month now... |

| Re: How long for support?0707, did u send off evidence of your offer completion to the no credit r.i. email address? are you waiting for the bingos.co.uk offer too? i'm starting to get really impatient :S. just frustrating when you've got all your greens and are waiting to be credited with your own offer. I think we are supposed to wait a month from when we send our evidence off, however I do know of some people who got their manually credited a few days after completion, so i'm not too sure what's going on to be honest. I have pm'd ash twice asking him what's going on with my offer but haven't got any replies  Guess we'll have to play the waiting game for a bit longer. If I get credited with my offer i'll let you know, and likewise if you get any luck with your offer can u let me know too m8, cheers. |
