RI Status Updating


I am sure I asked this not so long ago, but cant find the post. I am assuming it may have been just before the exceem downtime adn was not backed up.
Does anyone know how often offers completed from us customers are updated on the consoles ri site. I started this network about a week ago and have had approx 60 signups but none turned to pending or green. I emailed them all at the weekend, and so far already had 3 email to say they have completed an offer?

hmmm, that would explain Arctics ratios aswell then. It's either VERY bad tracking or Ash hasn't updated them himself yet (he might just do it once a month or something).

Yes you did ask this recently so must have been one of the ones that disappeared - I remember answering as per link that Ash said he tries to do it every day

How often are US offers credited?

Thats a shame!! If none out of 60 have been credited and I know I already have 3 that should be completed. How many others am I actually missing?

I still feel something is strange about this. I raised a support ticket with RI and also send a pm via exceem, as I had no reply. After a few pm's ash said that everything was working and a support ticket needed to raised from each referal. However 5 mins later and I had 3 yellows turn green. But after checking it was not the 3 yellows I had been talking about.
Almost feels like there is a problem with tracking and 3 randon yellows were turned green in responce to my report of 3 tracking issues.
Still no response to my ticket (2 weeks old) and no more greens out of approx 100 yellows now.

I think I have a problem with tracking issues as well, at least four of my referrals are showing as 'No offer completed' even though they've definitely completed an offer.

There has not been a more than usual lack of tracking. All credits for US offer completions are up to date.

Please see: What is putting US sign ups off?

This might better your understanding why the low referral rates.

I will be sorting this through today and tomorrow, the change stated in the thread above.

Please do not imply that i would randomly credit random users! I have no gain from that, and it would be highly unprofessional for me to do so!

I simply updated credits that were shown on the report, that had not yet been updated.

I raised a support ticket over 3 weeks ago and was given a reply about a week later. Did everything asked (sending evidence off to no credit email address etc) and still waiting to be credited. did the offer on the 26th of feb. In a few days it will be a month since I completed the offer. It was the bingos.co.uk one. Seems like quite a few people are having problems with this offer. Are you all waiting to be credited for the same offer as I am?
