![]() ![]() | Replying to support ticketsHi, does anyone know how long it usually takes for ash to reply to a support ticket?I filed one because I wasn't credited for an offer I did (bingos.co.uk) and it hasn't been replied to for over 6 days now. I've also pm'd ash but no reply to that either. I haven't been contacted at all so I don't even know if they want me to send them evidence of the offer completion. i've got the required number of greens for my item (plus a few more) and so i'm just waiting around to get credited. I understand that ash gets swamped with pms and support tickets but at the same time I would like to have heard something by now, just so I know they are dealing with it. if anyone has any suggestions of anything else I can do I would be grateful. thanks in advance. |
