£25 iTunes voucher

I've waited 29 days of the possible 30 days for it to change from processing.

I just wanted to ask, is it because I picked a £25 iTunes voucher, which I'm told doesn't make the company much/any money at all?

That would be perfectly understandable, if someone could clarify.
