A bit annoyed

So I signed up with real incentives a little while back, really liked the look of their sites etc. and decided on the HDTV portal. So i put in my email address, got onto the offers page and promptly followed the links through and deposited £10 on the deal or no deal game with jackpot joy. I havent recieved any notification that the offer has been accepted/pending or whatever and so i put in a support ticket on the 18th February!!! Its now the 29th!!

please PM me your ticket ID, There are no outstanding tickets from 11 days ago thats for sure..., so something mustve gone wrong somewhere,

This won't be real-incentives fault

the offer may not have tracked due to problems with cookies,


usually its down to tradedoubler to verify if the offer has been completed and if jackpot joy dont get in touch then it won't show as being completed.

Real-incentives can't make the offer turn completed unless it's been verified by tradedoubler and jackpot joy

I agree the support ticket has been open for quite a while but perhaps ash and the team have been busy so either be patient or try asking him to take a look at it via pm on here if its urgent
