Hey, I'm trying to get an 80gb PS3, would i loose my referrals if i changed to the 40gb?

Also, is there any major difference between the 40 and 80gb? I've read a lot and only seems to be the ability to play PS2 games. Does it effect game play, or online?

As far as I know, there is no 80GB version as yet.

It's on R.I. as a pre-order. I think sony's scrapping the 60gb and replacing it with the 80gb. On R.I. you can choose between the 40gb and 80gb. Presuming it would make a big difference I chose the 80gb, but might change to 40. Will this make me loose my referrals?

I know what it says on the sites but they cant give you what doesnt exist. There is no date for a 80gb version as yet, if it actually happens.

you dont lose any refs if you change gift.

do you have all the reffs yet?if not just get a 40gb one. if you want more memory you can buy a 250gb hard drive for about £50 that you could put in it
