Console Incentives Help

Hi there i've noticed a few problems with Console incentives today


1. People clicking the coral link can't as it for some reason doesn't work


2.My mate clicked Gala bingo for me instead, deposited £5 spent it all( this was around 5-6pm)


Yet it says for him he has no offer completed?


What's going on?

it can take up to 5 days till it says complete be patient

Why 5 days? why not instantly like CORAL?

he did it today what day/date should his offer complete?


Why aint coral working?

If there is a problem with Coral I would log a support ticket and let them know, I cant see why anyone on here would know why Coral isnt working as none of us are webmasters for Real-Incentives

1. The coral offer link is working correctly, please clear your cache / cookies and retry.

2. Around 5 - 6 ....its only 8 now....have a bit of patience. We have an autocreditor that runs every few hours so check in a few hours.

OK thanks alot so the GALA bingo offer should complete tonight or tomorrow and doesn't take 5 days to complete then?

Yes, as long as its tracked correctly, it will credit today, or at the very latest by tomorrow morning,

Yeah i also encountered problems on consoleincentives today, my mate completed the coral offer but did it directly through the CORAL site so he could get his offer completed but the link didn't work him so he did it directly through the CORAL site, could you get in touch with CORAL so that his offer can complete or has he wasted £5?

The offer needed to be done through our URL. Simply going direct to coral and signing up wont get credited im afraid,
