 |  What's going on with my RI account?I signed up to RI as a referral and completed the bingos.co.uk offer. I deposited the required £10 and wagered it as required. It's been over a week since I done that and I'm not even showing as pending on my RI account. I started a support ticket a week ago (Ticket ID: 8130D1) and I haven't even gotten a reply on that. Can someone give me an update on what's going on?

| Re: What's going on with my RI account?I had the same issue, and after 2 weeks, I logged a support ticket and sent details in i.e. proof of signup and cash deposit, and it was credited manually I believe.

I opened a support ticket (968590) and answered it immediatley, then sat back to wait for an answer, nothing so I sent the details again and I'm am still waiting, this has been going on since the begining of January, now I don't know what to do? |
