Question

What's going on with my RI account?


I signed up to RI as a referral and completed the bingos.co.uk offer. I deposited the required £10 and wagered it as required.

It's been over a week since I done that and I'm not even showing as pending on my RI account. I started a support ticket a week ago (Ticket ID: 8130D1) and I haven't even gotten a reply on that.

Can someone give me an update on what's going on?

I had the same issue, and after 2 weeks, I logged a support ticket and sent details in i.e. proof of signup and cash deposit, and it was credited manually I believe.

Sorry for the delay, Your ticket has been answered.

Please note that each reply to an unanswered ticket, bumps the ticket to the bottom of the queue, otherwise you would've had a reply sooner,

I wonder how many yellows of mine this has affected. Is their a way for RI to look at yellows and see if they have at least clicked through to the bingo offer?

Hi mwoody. No credits are quite rare, so its not likely that any of your yellows offer credits have untracked,

Wheretoturn, you replied but never answered my question lol. Can you give me an update?

Everything has been sent but there's no response in my support ticket and my ipods incentives account still isn't showing as pending.

I am also having the same problem and so is one of my referals? I opened a support ticket (968590) and answered it immediatley, then sat back to wait for an answer, nothing so I sent the details again and I'm am still waiting, this has been going on since the begining of January, now I don't know what to do?

I havent tracked on either laptops or ipods. Support ticket was sent about 36 hours ago. Proof can be provided- if required. Hope this issue can be resolved quickly.
