x2 referrals signed up using my PC

Hello people,

I have 2 refferals who have used my PC to register with RI and complete an offer. My mum was one of then and was in the middle of moving so used my pc, the other was a friend who registered when he came round for christmas, (he has his own internet connx)

Will this effect me when i claim my gift ?

Re: x2 referrals signed up using my PC

It may do. Most networks look at sign-ups from the same IP address as being suspicious as it appears as though one person has created multiple accounts. Your best bet would be to raise a support ticket though and ask them directly.

Re: x2 referrals signed up using my PC

yea your best bet is a ticket but as you are going to show 3 accounts from the same ip (yours your moms and your friends) you should be prepared for the possibility of all 3 going on hold tbh

Re: x2 referrals signed up using my PC

cheers claire,

you responded to this one last week in 'general chat', thought i might post a thread up in thr 'RI' forum to see if anyone else knew. I've raised a ticket with RI this morning, so hopefully i will get a response soon. If my account goes on hold does that mean i have to start again?

Just got my reply, i take it that this is good news..........:

Hello,

As you have contacted us beforehand, this will not affect you recieving your free gift once you have completed your requirements. Please note that if both those referrals signed up under the same address (not computer), they will both be placed on hold,

Kind regards,

Mr Tindal
