eXceem - Tradedoubler Down, Crediting affected.

Hey,

Just a notice to say that tradedoubler is currently down, and has been since around 4.00pm yesterday (01/01/08). This means that no credits have been applied to any accounts. This goes for all networks that use TD, which is all of them as far as im aware.

We are very much hoping that this hasnt affected tracking, but cannot guarantee it, as it is out of our hands. We will keep you up to date on the situation.

For those that do now know, Tradedoubler manage the link between us and our advertisers, so that we can credit the correct users etc for offer completions,

yehh its true, one ref told me he did lovefilm yesterday and he never went pending!

Just to let you know - TD is still down, but it looks like the leads have tracked as it says that tracking is currently 16 hours behind

Oh thats good. If they havent is there going to be alot of support tickets filed?

What you're best to do if tracking has been affected is emailing anyone that may have went yellow for you during this time and politely thank them for taking an interest in your site and if they have completed an offer and it isnt showing, then ask them to send a support ticket to the site.

Chances are they didnt sign up and they wont reply, or at least reply politely but unless they read exceem they wont know about tracking issues and put it down to being ripped off.

I thought there was something up, my mate signed up yesterday while I was talking to him on msn, he did the Coral one then went offline and all my other greens have done the Coral one aswell and it changes after about ten mins.I was thinking that he had just done it wrong but I couldn't work out how that would be possible besides not placing a £5 bet but he said he had. Should I send a support ticket in or just wait a while, I'm on ps3.freebiejeebies it showed him signed up just offer never changed to completed

Please wait a while before sending in a support ticket because the offers are still behind at present but hopefully this will be resolved before the end of today.

I'll just check on here for when it says everything is back to normal and if it's then not changed by tomorrow and I've spoke to the person thats done the offer I'll send one in. Would it be better to not get people to sign up today then?

The offers are still tracking as far as we're aware - but they're not being reported back at the moment - td must be doing something to their database (it seems to happen at the start and end of the months)

Its still behind, but all of yesterdays completions have now been credited/placed on pending status

TD is now credited to 3pm today, and is a european affiliate network so the USA ones wont be affected.
