I dont wanna knock real incentives because my shuffle came literally within days last time, just wondering how long people find it takes to get a reply from their support though? I submitted a ticket on 13/12 which Im still waiting for a reply and as a result actually made a very similar ticket because I had forgot I had made the first 1

bump - also crediting time? The first guy I raised the initial ticket about completed an offer a week before i raised the ticket how long is this taking everyone else, seems a bit long

hmm still not had a reply to either ticket or any of my referrals credited dont suppose theres been any news on those itunes/amazon vouchers either?

I got an Amazon voucher instead of an itunes one a week or so ago. Still waiting on replies to a couple of support tickets though...........

ffs i wait 16 days for a response just to be told that my referrals will have to send in their own tickets

Apologies for the delay in your ticket as said in your ticket, but we cannot deal with no credits without the referral contacting us directly. You can now expect tickets to be answered within 48 hours,
