Anybody know how long it takes to get a response from support on RI.. I rasied 2 tickets on the 17th and had no response at all.

I've been waiting for over 2 weeks on one ticket, and over a week on another.

Their support seems really slow just now. Previously I had a reply in 5 days.

it is xmas they are entitled to a bit of time off guys be patient, i am sure they will be replied to soon

Fully understand that, and i dont mind waiting, im just getting grief from the trades i did cus they dont believe ive done my offer

I'm the same. Don't mind waiting, but it was to do with trades. I've done my bit for, but they'll not complete for me as I'm still waiting to be credited manually. Off topic - I know this means they're not following the rules for trades, but not much I can get done about it.

Had a little break from tickets Thought id already mentioned this on the forums .....

Will reply to them all today, then will be taking a couple of days off over xmas, until roughly the 27th,

I've not had a reply, but TBH it is Christmas and everyone has (and deserves) a break at this time of year.

I'll wait till after New Year to start chasing things.

Just a quick thanks to RI, specifically Mr Tindal for sorting out all of my tickets. No need to apologise for the delay, it is the holiday season after all.
